You play a key role within our Operational Governance function, supporting CIS in delivering CASS and Consumer Duty compliant processes and outcomes. You’ll develop your expertise by advising business units, shaping improvements, and working across areas such as MI production, policy management, CASS Resolution Pack maintenance, and training collaboration building the skills needed to influence strong governance and regulatory excellence.
A role you will love
You will be responsible for producing and analysing Management Information (MI) relating to Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, and CASS to support effective oversight and decision-making. Additionally, you will review, update, and maintain CASS and Consumer Duty policies to ensure they remain compliant, current, and fit for purpose. The role also involves maintaining the firm’s CASS Resolution Pack (RP), ensuring its accuracy and completeness, as well as collaborating with the central training team to develop and deliver relevant training content that promotes regulatory awareness and adherence across the business.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Produce high-quality Management Information (MI) for key governance forums, including CASSFORM and the Conduct Risk & Consumer Duty Forum plus various other committees and forums
Review and implement a process for efficient and robust MI creation using resources available such as AIDevelop, review, and maintain CIS CASS and Conduct Risk policies, ensuring they remain current, robust, and fit for purpose
Provide ongoing advice and guidance to CIS stakeholders on procedural and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the central training team to design and deliver content for e-learning and classroom-based training programmes
Support the coordination and facilitation of external audit activities
Maintain and regularly update the CASS Assurance Mapping to reflect current controls and processes
Conduct monthly reviews of the firm’s CASS Resolution Pack (RP) to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Oversee and ensure de-migration activities are conducted in a compliant manner, including reviewing notifications and performing desktop due diligence
What you will bring to this role
A strong grounding in FCA regulations, with hands-on knowledge of CASS and Conduct Risk frameworks within financial services. Proven ability to analyse data and produce high-quality MI that supports effective governance and decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to advise stakeholders and deliver impactful training.
And a proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage priorities and drive continuous regulatory improvement.

Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, with a strong specialisation in PowerPoint, including the creation of high-quality, impactful presentations
Strong understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and frameworks
Demonstrable knowledge of Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and Conduct Compliance
Solid knowledge of operational processes within the financial services sector
Comprehensive understanding of UK regulatory requirements and standards
Proven ability to effectively prioritise tasks and perform under tight deadlines
Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capability with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team-oriented environment
